What is not included?
- Guides (however the Color Factory staff are there to ensure you experience all the colors)
What is there to know?
- Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian (18+)
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- Strollers are not allowed but can be folded and stored in the coat check
- Show your smartphone ticket and a valid photo ID directly at the entrance
- You can enter every half an hour between 12:00-19:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and between 12:00-20:30 on Fridays (please check the opening hours for early closures). If the maximum number of visitors who can enter at the same time is reached, you might have to wait for the next available timeslot
- Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your desired timeslot
- Kids under 3 get in free, no ticket required
- Please check the opening hours for early closures
- Upon arrival, you must register to access the photo booths throughout the exhibit and sign a liability waiver
