Yes, it's fully accessible. The main entrance, located on 20 West 34th Street, is accessible. There are accessible restrooms at the Observatory on the 86th floor and they also have lowered observation walls and binoculars to make the viewing experience easy for everyone. Guide dogs are also allowed throughout the building.
