Please check in 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time to ensure all flights depart on time.
Maximum capacity per flight 6 passengers.
Children over 2 years old can only fly and pay full price as, due to regulations, they must sit in their own seat.
Only cameras, cell phones and sunglasses are allowed on the helicopter. All bags, hats and scarves can be left in a locker at your disposal.

Cancellation policies
To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 5 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Safety regulations
For safety reasons it is not possible to take photos while walking to and from the helipad to the helicopter. Once inside the helicopter you can take your photos.
