What is there to know?

The advance booking service provided ensures that you skip the long queue (or the general admission queue).
Despite our reservations, during periods of greater influx of visitors, entry to the museums may be delayed due to:
Security check at the entrance (metal detector).
Maximum number of people allowed inside the museum at the same time for safety reasons.
Based on the reasons cited above, any delay cannot be attributable to the responsibility of Caf Tour & Travel.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to participate in the visit, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule the guided tour.
Additional info: If the minimum number of passengers is not reached, another date or alternative tour or a full refund will be offered.
The local guide service may exceptionally be provided in two languages for operational reasons.
Participants are recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 5 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
