Tour pickup is not permitted in Downtown Orlando, Florida Mall, Orlando International Airport, Davenport, private residences, or other areas not listed on pickup lists. Pickups occur in the theme park regions of Orlando, International Drive, Universal, SeaWorld, Lake Buena Vista, Disney and Kissimmee Highway 192 between SR535 and SR429.

Visitors may bring backpacks and soft coolers into the visitor complex. Food and drinks packaged in small soft coolers are permitted. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted. Beer is for sale at select locations and no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
For security reasons, all bags are subject to search.
If your scheduled tour date becomes a rocket launch, please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (depending on the launch).

Meeting point
Guests will be picked up directly from their hotel. You must schedule this with our office 24 hours prior to your tour date
NB Once the collection location has been established, this will be shown on the voucher below. It is not necessary to print the voucher. Simply show it to the tour guide on your phone/tablet when you board the tour vehicle. We will contact you via text message/WhatsApp messenger the day before the tour to confirm the pickup time from that location. If you have not received confirmation of your pickup time by 2:00 PM EST the day before your tour, please contact us by phone or via whats app messenger at 1-407-522-5911 or orlando@grayline.com. Your morning will begin with hotel pickup and a grab-and-go breakfast. Once everyone has been picked up, you'll head to the East Coast for your day at the Kennedy Space Center. Your tour guide will provide you with plenty of information along the way to the visitor center to ensure you make the most of your day. Upon arrival you will be fully briefed on the best way to explore the centre, you will also have lunch vouchers and special bus tour tickets provided by your guide. After walking you inside and introducing you to the park, you'll be ready to explore the visitor complex. You'll have the chance to see highlights from Heroes and Legends, explore the Atlantis exhibit (including the shuttle launch simulator), and even a stop at the IMAX theater.
During the day we will organize a special "KSC Explore" bus tour for you. Travel alongside a space expert as they take you on a tour of America's multi-user spaceport. The KSC Explore Tour goes beyond the standard downtown Kennedy Space Bus Tour, making several stops for once-in-a-lifetime photos. Get a photographic view of numerous spaceflight icons such as the Vehicle Assembly Building and historic Launch Complex 39, disembarking to take photos en route to the Apollo/Saturn Center V.
Inside the Apollo/Saturn V Center you will find a piece of moon rock, you can touch it! Make sure you do…there is also the moon landing cafe where you could use your $15 voucher, or it can be used at any food court in the complex.
Don't miss visiting the "Gateway, the Deep Space Launch Complex": opening in June 2022, this bold attraction explores the future of space travel by highlighting what's happening right now at the complex. space program. First, look at today's spacecraft and visionary designs paving the way for human deep space travel, and learn about current cutting-edge innovations in space exploration from NASA and commercial partners. Then, enter the spaceport of the future, Spaceport KSC. With your commander leading the way, launch aboard one of four unique journeys through the solar system and beyond during an immersive journey.
We suggest stopping by the largest space store to see the displays and all the cool souvenirs.
