What is there to know?
The Madrid city tour bus runs from 09.00 to 22.00 from March to October and from 10.00 to 18.00 from November to February.
Line 1 starts and ends at the Prado Museum and takes approximately 80 minutes. Line 2 starts and ends at Plaza Neptuno and takes approximately 65 minutes.
Frequency: every day every 7-15 minutes depending on the season.

Meeting point
You can start your hop-on hop-off tour at any of the Madrid City Tour stops by showing your voucher when boarding. Electronic vouchers are accepted.
Cancellation policies
To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 3 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
