To confirm the Alcatraz tour, we need the following information: Name, surname and age of all passengers, 5 days before the date of the activity. If for any reason you do not provide the information listed above within the required time period, your Alcatraz tour will be cancelled.
Reservations at Alcatraz are made on a first-come, first-served basis, with all reservations finalized (5) days prior to your departure date. Email Tours@graylineofsanfrancisco.com up to 5 days in advance to confirm your Alcatraz tickets. Please note that no refunds will be offered for cancellations on this Alcatraz combo product.
