Collect your tickets at Piazzale degli Uffizi, 50122 Florence FI, Italy. You can collect your tickets at Door 3 and then enter the gallery through Door 1.
For any information or further assistance regarding tickets and the audio guide, contact the assistant at the corner of Piazzale degli Uffizi and Via Lambertesca, in front of the statue of Benvenuto Cellini. Look for the person wearing the yellow bib with the word Accord written on it.
Pets and large bags/luggage are not allowed. Please use the free luggage storage at the museums.
Each tour participant must have a ticket, including children.
The 5-day pass is valid starting from the time chosen for the visit to the Uffizi Gallery.
Only the Uffizi Gallery has a date and time that you have chosen and that you must respect. For the other attractions, you have 5 days to visit them without any specific time constraints .
