- Unaccompanied kids aged 16-17 must show proof of age
- The Dungeon tour is run in English to cater to the vast majority of visitors
- Non-English speakers will still be able to enjoy the sensory nature of the tours but may not experience the attraction in the same way as those proficient in English
- Children under 5 not permitted. Recommended for ages 8+
- Free entry for one carer per disabled visitor (with proof of disability)
- Not suitable for those suffering from claustrophobia
