San Diego Whale & Dolphin Watching Adventure
Get into the boat – those whales aren't going to watch themselves!
Why you should buy your ticket on Pass4Fun.
Highlights
Step aboard your luxury yacht and prepare for adventure and discovery on the high seas. Over the course of 3.5 hours, you will have the chance to spot gray whales, humpback whales, pilot whales and even killer whales (officially the most beautiful whale), as well as dolphins, sea lions and a host of exotic seabirds. It’s time to set sail for an experience of a lifetime! Winter whale watching cruises with the migrating gray whale begin on December 9th.
According to one journalist, San Diego is named after a rather intimate part of the whale’s anatomy. The veracity of this claim is up for debate, but rest assured that you’ll see the whole whale (and then some!) on this fascinating aquatic adventure. Out at sea, your expert captain will guide you around the gray whale’s migration channels, giving you the best chance of spotting these majestic beasts in their natural habitat. Along the way, you’ll spot all sorts of aquatic wildlife, including dolphins, who love to jump in and out of the ship’s wake.
The voyage is narrated by onboard experts and naturalists from the San Diego History Museum, who will give you exclusive insight into local conservation efforts. If you get hungry or thirsty, there is a fully equipped bar below deck.
So, whether you are an expert at sea or are still getting to know the sea, fun is guaranteed!
